Three wreck dives in a single day, handpicked from Malta's finest shipwrecks. Equipment and expert wreck guide included. The ultimate day out for wreck-focused divers.
Three wrecks in one day at Open Water depths. The guide selects from the MV Rozi, HMS Maori, X127 Lighter, and P29, all diveable within the Open Water certification window. Each wreck has its own character: the Rozi upright at 34m has an accessible superstructure from 20m up; HMS Maori sits at 14m in Valletta Harbour. Three very different wreck experiences in a single day.
The P29 patrol boat, MV Karwela off Ghajnsielem, and the Um El Faroud outer hull at 35m are all out of reach on an Open Water card. The SSI Advanced Open Water course at diveshack takes 2 days and is completable within your dive week.
Malta's waters support one of the Mediterranean's richest marine ecosystems. Every dive is different. These are some of the species our guides encounter regularly — shown in a new random order each visit.

WWII destroyer sunk in 1942 in Valletta Grand Harbour. Shallow and accessible to all OW divers. Encrusted hull with schools of seabream and brown chromis.
Patrol boat deliberately sunk off Cirkewwa. Upright and intact. Moray eels in the engine room, octopus in the hull recesses. Classic Malta wreck dive.
WWII barge resting at 20m off St Paul's Bay. Broken superstructure forms tunnels. Sea urchins and barracuda common. Good OW-depth alternative in winter.

Malta's northern wreck sites (MV Rozi, P29, and the reef at Cirkewwa) are exposed to northerly swells in winter. The guide will route to sheltered south coast sites such as the X127 Lighter when northern sites are affected. The wreck combination is confirmed on the morning of your dive based on conditions.
Generally light. Cirkewwa can have mild surface movement. Guide plans entry and exit to suit conditions on the day.
May through October for full site access. Summer is peak season: flat calm, warm water, all wrecks diveable. Book ahead for July and August.
Among the best in the Mediterranean. Average 22–32m depending on season. Wreck sites offshore typically clearer than harbour locations.
OW cert minimum for all three wrecks. Some wreck sites require AOW for penetration sections or deeper profiles. The guide confirms on the day. Any OW-or-above agency accepted: SSI, PADI, CMAS, BSAC.
A torch is essential for wreck penetration sections. Hire available on site (+€5). If you own a dive torch, bring it. Penetration without a torch is not permitted on this package.
