Referral Open Water Diver Course

If you have completed some of your Open water course at a different location/dive centre and would like to continue and complete your course with Diveshack, then this what you need to finalise your booking.

Please note that you should send your completed PADI Referral Form, signed off by your instructor(s) for each of the course sections you have completed previously. Please also note that a referral is valid for one from the date.
